Turkcell Superonline Datacenter has become one of Turkey's most significant private-sector data storage and processing investments between 2021 and 2022. The internet has a huge role in all aspects of life in today's rapidly changing and developing world. On the internet, there are way too many things happening every minute and second. As a result of this, the data load is increasing on a daily basis, necessitating the use of more main servers. Turkcell Superonline Datacenter’s servers are fed by a 1.400 kVA power supply from the high-voltage station at its new headquarters. This massive power supply generates not only a lot of speed, but also a great amount of heat, increasing the risk of fire.
Tacer's R&D team developed a unique suspended ceiling and wall system for Data Centers that is not only resistant to high temperatures but also has a high load carrying capacity and meets sound insulation requirements. Tacer Perforated and Tacer Ultraline Suspended Ceiling and Wall Systems, which were used in the Turkcell Superonline Datacenter project, are examples of such systems. There are too many electronic Systems in Turkcell Superonline Datacenter, and since these electronic systems generate a lot of heat, they store it all throughout the place. Although Turkcell Superonline Datacenter has an upgraded air-conditioning system, extra measures must be taken to ensure that heat dissipation and insulation are well-maintained. Tacer R&D team created Tacer Perforated and Tacer Ultraline Suspended Ceiling and Wall Systems to help control heat dissipation and insulation.
Together with Tacer Perforated and Tacer Ultraline Suspended Ceiling and Wall Systems, some sort of insulation system is often installed behind the servers in data centers to prevent heat escape and dissipation, thereby controlling the heat area, and balancing the cold air flow through a single source. In order to maintain this system, Tacer Perforated and Tacer Ultraline Suspended Ceiling and Wall Systems can also be considered as the best auxiliary air conditioning systems for data centers.
Apart from air conditioning, one of the most significant challenges in data centers is the continuous sound propagation caused by the load on the ceiling and the servers. A ceiling system must have a high load carrying capacity in order to hold data cables and mechanical Systems. This can only be achieved with unique ceiling systems developed by using detailed static calculations for enhanced durability. Thanks to Tacer Perforated and Tacer Ultraline Suspended Ceiling and Wall Systems, heavy mechanical equipment and cable ducts can be easily carried and protected. Tacer Perforated Ultraline Suspended Ceiling and Wall Systems are also often used to insulate datacenters against continuous sound and vibrations produced by servers, as well as to reduce hum and noise.
Tacer Perforated and Tacer Ultraline Suspended Ceiling and Wall Systems have played an important role as an auxiliary architectural system for the Turkcell Superonline Datacenter project because they are resistant to high temperatures, have a high load carrying capacity, and provide improved sound insulation. As previously mentioned, one of the most serious issues for data centers is the high temperature issue. Thanks to Tacer R&D for creating one-of-a-kind suspended ceilings and wall systems for datacenters, which provide both heat and sound insulation while also saving space by improving load carrying capacity.
